As you have already drawn, you can start by splitting it into sections. The top section, 1, = 7•13.5 (length•width) which is 94.5

The second section, 2, = ( 17-13.5 ) • 15 which is 3.5•15=52.5

52.5+94.5=147
So the answer is 147
