I think you have to assume that the triangle is a right triangle.

Area of the triangle = 1/2 * 9 * 7

Area of the triangle = 1/2 63

Area of the triangle = 31.5

Volume of the Prism = area of the triangle * thickness

Volume of the prism = 31.5 * 4

Volume of the prism = 126 m^3

Prism B = L * w * h

Prism B = 8 * 8 * 2

Prism B = 128

Prism A has the least volume by just a little.
