The answer is 0.146
To get the amount per ounce you divide the price by the ounces.

For 15 ounces it’s
2.19/15 which is 0.146

For 10 ounces it’s
1.59/10 which is 0.159

The 10 ounce costs more per ounce even though it’s total price is less.
15 ounce is better buy.
