A balloon filled with helium. This is because helium is a pure substance/gas.

A chocolate milk is a mixture of different ingredients therefore it's not a pure substance

A tire filled iwth air is not correct because air is a mixture of other gases including little bit of carbon dioxide and other gases

A salt of wate is also a mixture as two different things has been added to make the salt solution.
