63.5 m/s

Explanation:

u = 23 m/s

a = 4.5 m/s²

t = 9 sec

v = ?


a = (v - u)/(t)


4 .5 = (v - 23)/(9)

cross multiply

4.5 × 9 = v – 23

40.5 = v – 23

40.5 + 23 = v

v = 63.5
