The shirts available in a clothing store are sizes S, M, and L. A total of 240 shirts are sold in a day. 20% of the shirts are of size S and 45% are size M. Find the number of shirts sold for each of the sizes.

Answer: 48 small shirts

108 medium shirts

84 Large shirts

Explanation:

20% of 240 = 48

45% pf 240 = 108

45 + 20 = 65, 100 - 65 = 35

35% of 240 = 84

And 48 + 108 + 84 = 240
