Answer:

Y=MX+C is the equations of a straight line where C is the constant (y intercept)

Looking at a and b and the two graphs c and d

The function c represents the lowest value of the y intercept which is at -3

It’s gotta be C since the “b” term in the equation shows the y intercept; -3 is less than the rest. Don’t listen to the other guy commenting here!
