Japanese Americans were sent to internment camps because the U.S Government thought that there were spies and placed them in internment camps that were located among the Pacific Coast. Life in Internment camps were very rough. The walls of the buildings were so thin you could hear other families talking. Some people had no beds and had to sleep in hay. The government was not justified in sending Japanese Americans because that was hypocritical since germans weren't sent to camps
