If you exercise in a gym, you might try a new kind of cardio machine that you haven’t tried before. Pick a combination of cardio and strength-training exercises that suits you. Once you complete your design, you must perform the workout. Do all the exercises in order, starting with the warm-up and ending with flexibility.
