How does Huck show maturation throughout the novel Adventures of Huckleberry Finn? Conversely, how does he show a failure to mature, as well?

Huck becomes more mature by the end of the novel by showing that he can make the correct decisions to lead Jim to the freedom he deserves. One major factor where Huck matures throughout the novel is through his experience.

Huck is unable to be mature because his father has literally beaten into him his own values and beliefs.
