  • Volume of a cylinder =
    \pi r^2h, where
    r is the radius and
    h is the height
  • Radius of a circle = half of the diameter

If the diameter = 30 cm, then radius = 15 cm


\pi = 3.14


h = 295 cm

Volume = 3.14 x 15² x 295

= 208417.5

= 208,418 cm³ (to the nearest cubic centimeter)
