Relationship between Volume and temperature of a gas

Charles' Law describes the link between a gas's volume and temperature at constant pressure. According to Charles' Law, when the pressure is maintained constant, the volume of a given amount of gas is precisely proportional to its absolute temperature.

According to this connection, a gas's volume will increase proportionately as its absolute temperature rises at constant pressure and will decrease proportionately as its temperature falls.
