The three parts that need to be labeled are:Label 1: mRNA (messenger RNA)
Label 2: Ribosome
Label 3: tRNA (transfer RNA)
The mRNA is a single-stranded RNA molecule that carries the genetic code for a protein and is transcribed from DNA in the nucleus and then travels to the cytoplasm, where it is translated into protein by ribosomes.
Ribosomes are molecular machines that translate mRNA into protein whcih are composed of two subunits, which come together to form a complete ribosome when mRNA attaches to it.
The tRNA is a single-stranded RNA molecule that transfers amino acids to the ribosome during protein synthesis. Each tRNA molecule is specific for a particular amino acid, and it binds to both the amino acid and to the corresponding codon on the mRNA molecule.
