In a mathematics Olympiad, a correct answer is

awarded 3 marks, but a wrong answer is awarded
-1 mark (i.e. 1 mark will be deducted). If no answer
is given, 0 marks will be awarded. Albert took part
in this Olympiad. There were 30 questions. He
answered 17 questions correctly and 5 questions
wrongly. How many marks did he score?
