Area of a square = S^2
So,
(4xy)^2= 16x^2 y^2
Hope this helped!!!

Explanation:

Given,

Side of a square = 4xy

Therefore, area of the square = side × side

= 4xy × 4xy

16 {x}^(2) {y}^(2) (ans)
