You work for a city department which is hosting a 5 kilometer run. Your coworker measured the course and doing that it is only 4.75 kilometers long. He ask you to move the finish line forward 0.25 kilometers. Your tape measure is measured in feet and inches. What is the distance he asked you to move in line in the nearest foot?
