I'm guessing AI could maybe be used to determine the simplest solution, and I think it can clearly be used to check when a proof works. But can AI make aesthetic judgments? If so, then it may well end up revolutionising art, right? If not, all of its creative work will be missing something: self criticism too.

Final answer:

Artificial intelligence can make aesthetic judgments to some extent but is limited compared to human judgment. AI can assist artists and provide feedback, but it may not fully replace the depth of human creativity and self-criticism in art.

Step-by-step explanation:

Artificial intelligence (AI) can make aesthetic judgments to some extent but is limited compared to human judgment. AI algorithms can analyze patterns, styles, and techniques used in art to identify similarities and make predictions. However, the subjective and emotional aspects of aesthetic judgment are challenging for AI to replicate. AI can assist artists and provide feedback, but it may not fully replace the depth of human creativity and self-criticism in art.
