640 tree frogs

Explanation:

If 1 month = 4 weeks

3 months = 12 weeks (3x4)

After 2 weeks the frogs double to 20

After 4 weeks the frogs double to 40

6 weeks, it doubles to 80

8 weeks, it's 160

10 weeks it's 320

12 weeks, it's 640
