40 = k(10) / {4}^(2)

(40)/(10) = \frac{k(10) / {4}^(2) }{10}

4 = k / {4}^(2)

4 * {4}^(2) = k / {4}^(2) * {4}^(2)

64 = k

//

216 = k {(3)}^(2)(12)

\frac{216}{ {(3)}^(2)(12) } = \frac{k {(3)}^(2)(12) }{ {(3)}^(2)(12)}

2 = k

//

72 = k {(2}^(2)) {(3}^(2))

\frac{72}{ {(2}^(2)) {(3}^(2)) } = \frac{k {(2}^(2)) {(3}^(2) ) }{ {(2}^(2)) {(3}^(2)) }

2 = k

//

90 = k(15)(2)

(90)/((15)(2)) = (k(15)(2))/((15)(2))

3 = k

//

10 = k(2)

(10)/((2)) = (k(2))/((2))

5 = k

//

Okay, it's pretty much the same process. That's all I can do. good luck!
