Given that

Ratio of number of tulips to number of ratios is 2:3 we can write 8:12

And, the peonies to roses are 1:4 we can write as 3:12

So,

Tulips : Roses : Peonies

8:12:3

Now

Total units of flowers + 8 + 12 + 3

= 23

For tulips it would be

= 575 × 8 ÷ 23 units

= 200 tulips
