We have to use the exponent laws to figure this out. When we are multiplying a number with the same bases, we just simply add the exponents. So it would look something like this:


=11^(8\ +\ -7\ +\ 3)

eight plus negative seven equals one, plus three equals four.

So the simplified form will be 11⁴

a = 11

n = 4
