= (7 * 3x)/(1 * 3x) - (2)/(3x)


= (21x)/(3x) - (2)/(3x)


= (21x - 2)/(3x)

Or


( 7- 2)/(3x)


= (5)/(3x)

Let's simplify the inequality:

7-2/3x
first we add 8 to each side:
15-2/3x
Now we add 2/3x to each side:
15<1 2/3x or 15<5/3x

Divide each side by 5/3 so the right side becomes x
9
Now you flip it:
x>9

therefore the answer is 1.
