let the numbers be x,y,z

and x>y>z

x+y+z=15

x=4z

2x+z=18

2(4z)+z=18

9z=18

z=18/9=2

x=4z=4(2)=8

x+y+z=15

8+y+2=15

y=15-10=5

x=8

y=5

z=2
