Before doing that let's multiple -2 and -3m by

`256=-(8)/(3) - 4m`

add
`-(8)/(3)` to both sides

`258(2)/(3)=-4m`

I would get rid of the fraction so I'd multiply both sides by
`(3)/(1)`

`(776)/(3)*3 = 4m*3`

`776=-12m`

divide both sides by -12m

`m = -(776)/(12)`

which can be simplified to
