Explanation:

the common number between 7 and 35 is seven( 7*1=7, 7*5=35)

so with the 7 outside the parenthesis we end up having inside the parenthesis x^3 and 5 because x=1 and 7*1=7 and the 5 because 7*5=35 so if we distribute the seven we would get the original answer
