The graph of the linear equation is in the image at the end.

How to graph the linear equation?

We want to graph the line:

y = (5/3)*x - 9

To graph any line, we need to evaluate the line to find two points. Once we have the points, just plot the points and draw a line that connects them.

when x = 3 we have:

y = (5/3)*3 - 9

y = 5 - 9 = -4

when x =0

y = (5/3)*0 - 9

y = -9

So we have the points (3, -4) and (0, -9)

Now we can draw the line, the graph of the line is in the image below.
