Known :

m1 = m

m2 = 3m1 = 3m

a1 = 30.0 m/s²

Solution :

Net force of the object is constant, so :

F1 = F2

m1 • a1 = m2 • a2

(m)(30.0 m/s²) = (3m)(a2)

a2 = 10 m/s²
