Point A is in Quadrant I where the x and y are both positive.

Point B lies in between Quadrants II and III. Or it lies on the x-axis (If this is an option).

Answer:

Point A: Quadrant 1

Point B: Either Quadrant 2 or 3

Explanation:

Quadrant 1 is positive x and y

Quadrant 2 is positive y and negative x

Quadrant 3 is negative x and y

Quadrant 4 is negative y and positive x

Point A is both positive x and y

Point B has a y=0 and negative x, so it is between Quadrants 2 and 3

(hope this helps :P)
