Even though a dog may not be able to speak to its

owner, he or she can still communicatel Dogs can
communicate with their humans using basic behaviors.
They might use their facial expressions or different sounds
to communicate how they are feeling. Dogs may also use
their eyes to show emotion. Their body posture, including
movements of their body, face, fail, or limbs can also
communicate how they are feeling. Who needs words,
anyway?

Main idea is dogs do not need to be able to speak to communicate and the supporting details are the examples given to prove they don’t need words to communicate EX: facial expressions, sounds, eyes, posture.
