Answer: eric is wrong

Step-by-step explanation: eric is wrong because nickels are worth 5 cents each, so the closest answer would be 35 or 30. some. so thusfore eric is wrong.

SOLUTION:

1 nickel = 5 cents

Let say Eric has 7 nickels = (7 X 5) = 35 cents.

Eric said his nickels are worth exactly 34 cent.

(i) Eric is NOT correct.

(ii) Because 34 is not a multiple of 5.
