the net force can be found by finding the horizontal and vertical forces.

the vertical force is 25-15=10 north.

the horizontal force is 35-25=10 east.

the resultant force from these two can be found through Pythagoras theorem

10^2+10^2=200

sqrt(200)=10sqrt(2) is our net force, direction northeast.
