189.3 square inches, 55.7 inches

Explanation:

Area = area of rectangle + area of semicircle

area of rectange = 10 * 15 = 150 square inches

radius of semicircle = 10/2 = 5

area of circle = (pi * 5^2)/2 = 12.5pi square inches

total area = 150 + 12.5pi = 189.3 square inches

total perimeter = perimeter of rectangle - left side + perimeter of semicircle

perimeter of rectangle = 10 + 15 + 15 = 40 inches

perimeter of semicircle = 10pi/2 = 5pi inches

total perimeter = 40 + 5pi = 55.7 inches
