Stress levels can change because as a child you don’t have a lot of responsibilities you are worried about playing and stuff. as a teen you become more stressed with school and extra curricular’s and first jobs. As a young adult(right after graduating) you are worried about where to go to college what should you major in will you have enough money etc. and as a full grown adult you have to worry about you kids and your job and paying the bills and whatever extra is going on in your life. Now there is good stress and bad stress bed stress can lead to hypertension and many cardiovascular problems
