To find out how many beads Debby will have left over, we can divide the total number of beads by the number of necklaces she wants to make:

726 beads ÷ 7 necklaces = 103 beads per necklace.

Since the number of beads per necklace must be the same, we find that each necklace will have 103 beads, and the remaining beads can be calculated as the total number of beads minus the product of the number of necklaces and the beads per necklace:

726 beads - (7 necklaces * 103 beads per necklace) = 726 beads - 721 beads = 5 beads left over.

So, Debby will have 5 beads left over.

To find out how many beads Debby will have left over, we need to divide the total number of beads by the number of necklaces she wants to make.

Total number of beads = 726
Number of necklaces = 7

To determine the number of beads per necklace, we divide the total number of beads by the number of necklaces:

Beads per necklace = Total number of beads / Number of necklaces
= 726 / 7
≈ 103.714

Since we want each necklace to have the same number of beads, we need to round down the number of beads per necklace to the nearest whole number. Therefore, each necklace will have 103 beads.

To calculate the number of beads left over, we subtract the total number of beads used in the necklaces from the original total number of beads:

Beads left over = Total number of beads - (Beads per necklace × Number of necklaces)
= 726 - (103 × 7)
= 726 - 721
= 5

Therefore, Debby will have 5 beads left over after making the 7 necklaces.
