Given that each bus ride is $3, and that assuming the takes the ride twice a day,

\begin{gathered} \text{Amount spent a day on bus ride = 2 }*\text{ \$3} \\ =\text{ \$6} \end{gathered}

If he takes the ride in the same manner for 11 days,

\begin{gathered} \text{Amount spent in 11 days = 11 }*\text{ \$6} \\ =\text{ \$ 66} \end{gathered}

Thus, he needs $66 to ride the bus twice for 11 days.

Since Clay has $50, he will not be able to ride the bus twice for 11 days.

Hence, the correct answer is False
