Slope: 8/5
Because you count from one point to the another; you count how many it goes up and how many to the right.

Answer:

8/5

Explanation:

We can identify the line's slope using the formula:

slope = rise / run (also written as: Δy / Δx)

For this line:

slope = (4 - (-4)) / (1 - (-4))

slope = (4 + 4) / (1 + 4)

slope = 8/5
