The equation between two points is given as:

y-y_1=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)(x-x_1)

Plugging the values of the points given we have:

\begin{gathered} y-4=(4-4)/(-6-6)(x-6) \\ y-4=(0)/(-12)(x-6) \\ y-4=0(x-6) \\ y-4=0 \\ y=4 \end{gathered}

Therefore the equation in standar form is:

y=4
