A: (5(6))/(3(-4)+(6)) = -5
B: 2(6)^2-(-4)^3 = 136

Substitute the value given as x and y into your expression. For A. , order of operation matters. I assumed the “+x” is part of the denominator.

Answer:

A. 5x/3y+x=5×6/(3×-4)=30/-12=-10/4=-5/2

B. 2x (square) - y (cube)=2×6²-(-4)³=72--64=72+64=136
