1/26 * 26 = 1y

but you also have to multiply everything on that side by 26

1/13 * 26 = 2x

-33 * 26 = -858

y + 2x - 858 = 0

then move everything but the y on the other side to get in function form

f(x) is just y

f(x) = -2x + 858

so solve the equation for y

1/13 x + 1/26 y - 33 = 0 add 33 to both sides of the equation

and subtract 1/13 x from both sides

1/26 y = -1/13 x + 33 multiply through by 26

y = -2 x + 858
