take a look at this image, because ac=25 you set dc as x and ad as 25-x, then after that, you can form the equation root of 25^2-(x5-x)^2=root of 30^2-(x)^2 using the pythaeogrem theorem. After that you would get that x=18, then after that you just apply the theorem. 30^2-18^2 root which you would then get 24.
