Answer:

Roof- inside/outside should be checked (i.e clogged drains)

Walls- checking for openings

Windows- checking for mechanism, weather strips, exterior joints

At grade plumbing, drains irrigation- hose bib, roof drains, and landscape irrigation, are to be checked for unwanted water

Below-grade basement floors are to be checked for any indications of water, including dry water
