Explanation:

b^2, such that:

(2x+5)(2x-5) = (2x)^2 - (5)^2Applying the exponential rule, you receive:(2x)^2 - (5)^2 = 2^2 * x^2 - 5^2

And simplifying, 2^2 * x^2 - 5^2 you receive:

4x^2 - 25

As simple as that!
