The answer you're looking for is: (4, -9), (6, -9), (4, -1)

Explanation:

When translating an image 90º counterclockwise you go one quadrant to the right and use the scale factor: (x, y) --> (y, -x).

When using this scale factor you switch the x and y coordinates and also make sure that x is the opposite operation, it doesn't always mean it's going to be negative.

In this case points (-9, -4), (-9, -6), and, (-1, -4) were translated to (4, -9), (6, -9), (4, -1) accordingly.
