Specialization refers to focusing ourselves in a specific role/skill within he social group. Meanwhile, other person will filled in with their own specialization to cover for the things that we lack knowledge/capabilities off.
In New civilizations, we can see this in almost all organizations that created to achieve a certain goal.
For example, a Car company wanted to obtain as much as buyers as possible to sell their products. Example of specialization within the companies would be:
- Employees are divided into groups that focused on producing specific parts. Some only produce the wheels, some only produce the engines, some only produce the body, etc.
- Marketing team was established to focus on acquiring the consumers. They do not need to know how to make the cars, they only need to find out a way on how to make the people buy it.
