B. y=5x+14

You can first find the gradient (m) of the line by using the equation m= Y2-Y1 / X2-X1.

(-2 ,4) (-3,-1)

I'll take -1 as Y2

4 as Y1

-3 as X2

-2 as X1

m= -1 - 4 /-3 - (-2) =5

so 5 is the gradient ...

Then, take any of the two coordinates and substitute in the equation y=mx+c and find C value

If u take (-2 ,4)

Y= 4 , X= -2 , m=5 (we found)

Y=mx+C

4= 5×-2 +C

C=4+10

so C =14

Then we get the answer with the gradient m = 5 and C =14

Y =5X + 14
