Okay, so Domain = X values and Range = Y values.

To solve, put each individual domain (X) into the equation.

For example

Y=3/4 (-8/1) +7

y=(3)/(4)* (-8)/(1)+7

Y= -6+7

Y=1

When X is -8, Y is 1.

Continue to do this for every other domain point.
