We need to determine the lateral surface area of the cube.
Lateral surface area of the cube:
The lateral surface area of the cube can be determined using the formula,
LSA = 4a2
where a is the side length.
Substituting a =1.8 in the above formula, we get;
LSA = 4(1.8)?
Squaring the term, we get;
LSA = 4(3.24)
Multiplying, we get;
LSA = 12.96
Thus, the lateral surface area of the cube is 12
