'if the moon smiled, she would resemble you'

it doesn't have the word 'like' or 'as' but is saying that the moon is you

The simile in this poem is "Ticking your fingers on the marble table, looking for cigarettes / Spiteful as a woman, but not so nervous." This is comparing the action of searching for cigarettes to a spiteful woman. The metaphor in the poem is "The moon, too, abases her subjects / But in the daytime she is ridiculous," which compares the moon to a ruler or leader that has power over its subjects.
