Subtract both sides by 82.5




Divide both sides by 2

2x/2 = 256/2

Answer: 82.5+8(0.25x)+2x=338.5

Subtract 82.5 on both side

Multiply 8 and 0.25 then add 2x

4x=338.5-82.5

Divide by 4

X=64
