What inequality sign would this be?

I do not specifically need the answer for this word problem; but simply just what inequality sign it would be.

"Mr.Hall went to the store to buy some candy for his students. (He wants to buy at least 8 bags of candy.) (He will spend at most 40 dollars) The chocolate candy costs 3 dollars per bag, and the fruit candy costs 2.50 per bag. Write the systems of inequalities for this scenario. Graph the inequality as well. Determine whether it is possible to buy 8 bags of chocolate candy and 8 bags of fruit candy.

The sentences that are in parentheses are the inequality signs I am unsure about:
Thank you.

Answer:

first one is greater then or equal to and the second one is less then or equal to

Explanation:

he wants to buy at least 8 bags of candy so it has to be 8 or more so greater then or equal to and the second one the most he wants to spend is $40 but think about you would want to spend less but would be ok with spending $40 so less then or equal to (at least that’s how I think) hope that helped
